The breadth of selection and styles at Ethan Allen is fantastic - but we came to the store to work with Kimberly. My wife and I worked with Kimberly years ago (and at another store) to furnish our first apartment - and when it came time to furnish our first house, there was only one designer we would consider working with. Kimberly is brilliant; no hyperbole. She has an uncanny eye and goes above and beyond to get to know her clients, their tastes, and their space in order to develop bespoke designs. Kimberly is incredibly thoughtful and detail-oriented; just as important as her creativity, she is honest and trustworthy. She'll never "sell" you on something (her designs tend to do that on their own, and she's great at articulating why she's chosen what she has), and she won't waste existing pieces you love...she'll find ways to integrate your current furniture into her designs, and she'll work within a given budget. We hadn't seen Kimberly in over five years when we came to Ethan Allen - she remembered our first apartment and the furniture she selected for us down to the fabric. We're so thrilled with how she's guided us through this process and love the pieces she's curated. She's fun to work with and has even gone as far as to help us place our artwork and accessories around the house. We cannot speak highly enough about Kimberly. She's the best, and Ethan Allen has the selection and style range to match her talent.

We went to every furniture store within 20 miles (twice) looking for the right couch. We finally found it at Ethan Allen! Our sales associate was incredible. She was knowledgeable, helpful in explaining things and providing additional insight without making us feel like every comment was a sales pitch, and honestly took a vested interest in who we were and what we were doing that made our experience working with Ethan Allen feel personal. On the delivery side, our sectional couch came 12 weeks early, which was incredible. The scheduling of delivery was smooth and professional. They even called to reschedule due to snow forecasts and delivered a day early. The actual delivery was pretty much exactly on time in the delivery window they provided. They brought the couch in quickly and efficiently, removed the protective coverings from the moving, and assembled. They repositioned and tweaked the placement as requested and made sure I was happy with it's location before leaving. All told they were probably in my house for less than 15 minutes! Ethan Allen really blew us out of the water with how great our experience was and we will definitely be stopping there first when looking for our next furniture piece!

Ethan Allen has the best quality furniture in all CT. My wife and I were extremely lucky to work with Kimberly Westfield! She listened to our concerns and the style that we wanted for our new home and boy did she delivered. We loved everything she picked from the furniture pieces to the fabrics. Kimberly made it so easy! Our experience could have been very different if it wasn’t for her wonderful design eye and her caring nature.

I contacted the Milford, CT Ethan Allen to recover seat cushions for a sofa purchased at Ethan Allen 25 years ago. Jacqueline was helpful every step of the way, from our initial phone call, to fabric selection to match the existing sofa, to pick up of the final product. The cushions are beautiful and coordinate perfectly. Thank you, Jacqueline and Ethan Allen for a wonderful experience and quality product!

After loving my cherry Ethan Allen four post bed for 32 years, a recent move gave me the opportunity to upgrade to a king size bed. Ok, yes, it did take months for my Emmett bed to arrive but that’s anywhere you go. I was very pleased with the crew sent to assemble it quickly and expertly, and it is absolutely beautiful!

We Love Ethan Allen but mostly we love designer Jason Chadbourne. We have come to rely on his good taste and recommendations to help us achieve the warm, comfortable and beautiful rooms we love. He has a sixth sense about his customers and instinctively knows what they are trying to achieve. His advise is invaluable. He has helped us with so many rooms over the years and recommended so many pieces, styles, fabrics and paint solutions that have been magical and accomplished just the results we had in our minds. He has makes a difficult task pleasurable and we will be forever grateful.

I'm over the moon happy with my new Ethan Allen bedroom. My designer Janine Belenardo was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Very patient and pleasurable to work with! We used ALL of her suggestions and the room came together perfectly. I've been super happy in the past with my Living Room & Dining Room. This time was even better! Thank You!

We are very excited about the new Ethan Allen furniture we purchased for our living room.Our thanks to Kimberly, the design specialist, who opened our eyes to ideas, styles and patterns we would not have thought of on our own. When it all comes together the room will be much brighter and more accessible and will become the centerpiece it was meant to be in our home. Kimberly returned for a second visit to recommend paint colors which made all the difference. She was patient and helped us understand what colors worked best not just for the furniture but for our lifestyle.

I was very impressed by the attention, steady listening, patience, effort, excellent design knowledge, and clear communication demonstrated by Jackie K. of Ethan Allen in Milford. My husband and I were shopping for furniture to go in the family room. Jackie worked diligently with me, even extending her work hours on two occasions, to provide me with the best of service. She recommended several beautiful fabrics that captured the essence of the room. Her ongoing suggestions were of great help to me in making final decisions. We purchased three lovely chairs, an ottoman, a table to go between two of the chairs, and an area rug. We continue to be delighted with the furniture, and the positive feedback we receive from guests regarding the overall design. We highly recommend Jackie K. without reservation.
